     As a general proposition, The Origindia does not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. We do not send unsolicited email to the email address you give us.  We do not send unsolicited U.S. Mail to the physical address you give us.  Your privacy is important to us and we do whatever is necessary to safeguard it.

     We will, however, (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us to legal liability.
