Our company is based out of Atlanta, Georgia USA with a manufacturing unit near Delhi, India. 

The art: The art of horn and bone carving in India is as ancient as our civilization. Products from bone and horn have served many utilitarian and ornamental purposes from time immemorial. Interest and demand for this art diminished with time and the advent of the machine age.

At Origindia, we identify artisans from all over India whose skills are unmatched and handed over to them from generations. These artisans like to work in their natural surroundings and use only hand tools to craft these products. We honor their skills and hope that your valued order helps keeps this dying art of ages alive.

The environment: The bone and horn for these products are derived from animals which are brought to abattoir for human consumption. We do not buy horn or bone where the animal has been killed for its horn or bone. We do not buy or work with any horn or bone of any endangered species. All our bone and horn products are biodegradable and ecofriendly.
